Middleton Kelley of Mississippi in Jefferson County
To By the Registrar of said county Greetings:
To any Judge, Minister of the gospel or Justice Lawfully authorized to celebrate the rites of matrimony, Greetings
You are hereby authorized to celebrate the rites of Matrimony between Mr. Middleton Kelly and Miss Elizabeth Burns and For doing this shall by your warrant.
Given under my hand in office this 26th day of April, 1822.

This is to certify that the rites of Matrimony were celebrated Between Middleton Kelly and Elizabeth Burns on the 28th April 1822 by the undersigned Justice of the Peace

Personally appeared before the undersigned Clerk of the Probate of said County, James R. Nusom Who after being duly sworn says that he knows of his own knowledge that John G. Farris has given his Consent that the rites of matrimony shall be celebrated between his son Middleton Farris and Miss Ellen Harrison.
