Picture is of Ida Belle Moore Costley taken in the Harriston in the late 1940's   This article is her obituary from The Fayette Chronicle Friday 12 Feb 1954. It is a scan of the original newspaper clipping.   There are several errors in the obituary

Granddaughter was Mrs. Harold Ellefson

Great granddaughter Peggy Lynn Ellefson,

There were also three not two white residents of Harriston still living at the time of it's beginning which included Floyd W. Costley.

Last sentence was told to be :         serious illnesses.

I would like to thank my sweet cousins' Inez Costley Carnegie and her sister, Bobbie Leggett for sharing this obituary with me.

Thank you
