I am looking for the descendants of Francis Abram Martin (b. 1806, SC, son of Francis and Ann Martin) and his wife Mary Polly Granberry(b. 1812, GA, daughter of George Granberry and Martha Albritton). Francis Abram and Mary married 10 or 15 Nov 1827 in Lawrence Co. They were in Hinds Co in 1850 and in Rankin Co in 1860 and Jefferson Co by 1870. Their children included George(b. abt 1833), James(b. abt 1835), Amanda(b. abt1838, AKA Ann), Samuel J(b. abt 1840), Susan R(b. abt 1841; aka Sue), Joseph J(b. abt 1845), Moses J(b. abt 1846), TY?(male, b abt 1848), NT?(male,b. abt 1849),Augustus Cornelius(b. abt 1851), Jesse M(b. abt 1852), and twins Lula C and Lola C(b. abt 1855). Alternate names for Joseph, Samuel, TY?, and NT? are Fanettee, Seth, Jud, and Frank.(Unknown which is which.) I don't know where any of the children ended up or when Francis Abram and Mary died. Any help would be appreciated.

Need the parents of Seth Samuel Martin. Elizabeth Kelley Faris was the dau of Middleton Kelley and Elizabeth Burns. Need more information of the Kelley's. I am looking for descendants of ANGUS McCALLUM b. 1801 in Robeson Co., NC. He married FRANCINA MONTGOMERY BISHOP and moved to MS about 1837. He died about 1885 in Union Church, Jefferson Co., MS.
Among their children were Henry Scott McCallum, Robert Archibald McCallum, Samuel Davis McCallum, and Andrew Melville McCallum. My great-grandmother Mary Alice McCallum Laird was a daughter of Robert Archibald McCallum. She is buried in Brookhaven, MS. Anyone with ties to these people, please contact me. Thanks.

Looking for CULBERTSON CARAWAY NEEL, that lived in Rodney, Jefferson Co., MS in the 1840s. He was a planter, married a Miss TIDWELL, 1st name unknown. He died before 1849 date unknown. His sons left MS and went to TX in 1849. I found them there. Have no information on them when they lived in MS. Culbertson Neel may have been born in KY. Miss Tidwell's 1st name might have been Charlotte. Found his sons living with L. W. LUDLOW, their stepfather, his wife was named Charlotte. There was 1 daughter Tennie Neel, who married a Mr. BROWN and stayed in MS. In census records NEEL was spelled NEAL. There were 5 sons that went to TX: Culbertson b. 1818; Gibson "Gibby" b. 1824; Richard b. 1827; Aaron b. c. 1830; David F. b. 14 Apr 1832. All born in MS. All remained in TX except Aaron. He returned to MS prior to the 1850 census of Polk Co., TX. Need information on them in MS and TX Lost some of them in TX.

Their children were Joseph, Anne, and James B. all born in MS. Anne married a Joseph White, date and place unknown but thought to be MS. The B. in the James B. Proctor name is thought to stand for Brashears which could have been maiden name of mother. There were Brashears claims to Bayou land at the same time as Reuben Proctor.
